Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Al-Yusr Administrative & Legal Consultancy (“Al-Yusr”). Because we provide professional services rather than physical goods, refunds depend on how much of the agreed work has been performed.

1. Free initial consultation

The initial consultation is free of charge, so no payment or refund applies to it.

2. Agreed scope and fees

The scope, fees and payment terms for each service or package are set out in a written proposal or engagement agreement before any payment is made. Where that agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply.

3. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we start the agreed work, you are entitled to a full refund of the amounts you paid, less any government or third-party fees already paid on your behalf.

4. Cancellation after work starts

If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the portion of the fees that corresponds to work not yet performed. Work already performed or delivered, including memos, reports, plans and documents, is not refundable.

5. Paid consultation sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a paid session free of charge at least 24 hours before its time. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

6. Non-refundable fees

Government fees, official charges and third-party costs (such as translation, attestation or registration fees) are not refundable once paid.

7. If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to complete an agreed service for reasons within our control, we will refund the fees for the part not delivered.

8. How to request a refund

Send your request to info@yahyaazzam.com or by WhatsApp, with your name and the service concerned. We will confirm our decision within 7 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days. Bank or payment-provider charges may apply.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Egypt.
